30-day returns
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an unused remote for a refund. US orders only. Lumen Remotes is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with vSeeBox or its manufacturers.
What we accept
The remote must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging if it was included. Batteries are not part of the order and should not be returned.
How to start a return
Email lumenremotes@gmail.com with your order number (it starts with LM-) and why you’re returning it. We’ll reply with the return address. Do not ship anything until you hear back. You can also message us from the original PayPal payment.
Shipping and refunds
You pay return shipping unless the remote arrived damaged or dead on arrival — then we cover it. Original outbound shipping is refunded only on our error or a DOA unit. Refunds go back to the original PayPal payment after we receive and inspect the remote. That usually takes a few business days.
What isn’t covered
Returns after 30 days, used remotes, missing parts, or damage after delivery. Compatibility is listed in good faith; confirm your vSeeBox model before you buy. Wrong-model orders that still match the listing can be returned under the unused 30-day window, with return shipping on you.
